This discussion invites participants to apply a trauma informed lens to understand the way we experience organizational culture, power disparities, and change in our organizations. We will explore the ways that multiple stressors in our work and constant transition impact our wellbeing. How do we name, process, and heal from trauma experiences in organizations? How can we engage with compassion, supporting each other through transitions, and creating healthy navigation and organizational resilience.
