This training is designed for advocates, including attorneys and non-attorneys work with domestic violence survivors and want to explore the intersection between domestic and technology from a policy perspective. It will include an overview of technology-enabled violence, including passed legislation and recently proposed legislation, and how to examine proposed legislation for potential unintended consequences.

Presenter: Adam Dodge, EndTAB. As the co-founder of EndTAB (Ending Technology-Enabled Abuse), Adam’s work is characterized by his dedication to addressing the existing and future threats posed by technology to victims of crime and gender-based violence.
