As the Director of Culture and Trust, Lisa will practice and help lead the work of shaping and integrating CPEDV’s relational, organizational systems and financial structures with the organization’s cultural values and principles. She is an aspiring ally and advocate for people-centric processes, policies, and practices.
Lisa has a life-long passion for unleashing the best in people and catalyzing their collective excellence within organizations. She considers it her personal mission to positively impact the human experience and enhance the landscape of the organization to support and drive mission impact. She has worked with many executive leaders to transform culture, improve human resource strategy, and sustain an equitable and inclusive work environment. Lisa has a PhD in Business Administration and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.
