Emergency Services Case Manager I

Peace Over Violence (POV) has a position available for someone with a passion for helping others and a commitment to developing community resources in the Los Angeles (Metro) and West San Gabriel Valley area. The Emergency Services Case Manager I (ESC) provides face-to-face crisis intervention and assistance for survivors of sexual and domestic (IPV) violence. This position assist survivors as they maneuver through various systems, while empowering them on their path to healing. We are seeking someone who is resourceful and has the ability to facilitate and maintain community partnerships while working with various partners including health care professionals, criminal justice, victim witness, and law enforcement as part of our SART team. The ESC is a vital part of POV’s Intervention Division-Emergency Response Team program. We are seeking someone who is charismatic, nurturing, empowering and a community builder. Candidate must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of sexual assault and/or domestic violence, child abuse/neglect, stalking, elder abuse interventions.
