As Director of Projects, you will co-develop and manage EndTAB’s growing portfolio of consulting projects and strategic partnerships. You’ll be the operational force behind engagements that range from multi-year state coalition partnerships to innovative pilot programs with technology companies and advocacy organizations. You’ll manage project roadmaps, build relationships with partner organizations, and ensure that each engagement delivers measurable impact.
To begin, this role starts as a consulting engagement, and the right person will grow into a full-time position with their own P&L, the ability to bring on consultants or staff beneath them, and a compensation structure that rewards growth. We’ve already proven the thesis: partners want this work, and we can deliver. We just need a mission-aligned person to run it
