In this new era that has challenged us all to rethink the way we live, learn, work and play, we are called to adopt new skills and behaviors that equip us to be resilient in these ever-increasing turbulent and changing times. With a goal to incite a collective transformation, the mental health and resilience empowerment workshop is designed to deliver a compelling and dynamic experience to unlock overall mental health, wellbeing and resilience at the individual and organizational level. The virtual workshop focuses on the following interrelated areas: Mastering Resilience, Your Mind Matters, A Culture of Wellbeing. The workshop will be delivered over a 4 hour session based on the needs of the needs of the organization and include comprehensive and engaging exercises that provides practical takeaways to revitalize participant’s resilience skills, mental health and overall wellbeing all the while ensuring that it is relatable, understood, and ready for use in real-life settings. The Retreat will be on May 20th from 10a-2pm with a 30 minute lunch break from 12-12:30pm.
