Minty Siu-Kootnikoff is the Legal Services Director at Sojourn, the second oldest domestic violence shelter in California, which serves residential and non-residential clients and their children with emergency and transitional shelter, 24 hour hotline, support groups, children’s empowerment programming, education and outreach.  As Legal Services Director, Ms. Siu-Kootnikoff provides direct representation to clients, supports education and training, and supervises the Sojourn/Women Lawyer’s Association of LA domestic violence clinic.  As a member of the City of Los Angeles’ Domestic Violence Alliance, she also co-chairs the City Alliance’s and County of Los Angeles’ Domestic Violence Council’s joint committee on legislative issues, the Los Angeles Regional Policy Committee.
