2024 Policy Advocacy Day

The Partnership and VALOR are excited to announce our 2024 Policy Advocacy Day on April 30th and May 1st in Sacramento. This event is only open to Partnership and ValorUS^® (VALOR) members.

The deadline to register is Friday, April 5th.

The registration fee is $100.

We invite each Partnership and VALOR Member to help shape the future of California’s movement to end domestic violence and sexual violence. During Policy Advocacy Day, our voices will be heard at the Capitol! Don’t miss the opportunity to share your voice and advocate for our policy priorities. Our agenda is currently being developed, and we look forward to sharing it with you soon.

We recognize that COVID 19 is an ongoing issue in our communities. The Partnership and VALOR encourage masking, especially in group settings and when indoors. Read our full COVID 19 policy here.

Policy Advocacy Day will start at the Holiday Inn Sacramento (300 J St., Sacramento, CA 95814) on both April 30th and May 1st. Please note: as we build our schedule, times are subject to change.

All participants are asked to join both preparation webinars.

Each webinar will address a different component of preparation for the event.

Payment or guarantee of registration payment is due by the April 5th registration deadline. A full refund, less a $25.00 processing fee, will be given until this deadline. Participant substitutions are permitted with prior notification. If participants cancel their registrations after the deadline or fail to attend the event, they or their organization will be billed the full amount.

PAD participants may apply for travel reimbursement. Complete this form by March 15th for travel reimbursement consideration.
