My name is Melissa Woods and I have been given the opportunity to facilitate the Allstate Financial program for our agency. The Allstate Financial program is going extremely well. Last week I taught six financial classes.  The class that we have for our community on Mondays always has at least five in attendance.  I have noticed that people at first are reluctant to open up about their finances, however after they start to  feel comfortable with me then we can work together as a team. I have had several clients come in our office so extremely happy, hugging me showing me  letters from credit agencies about improved scores. 

This is a wonderful class and a very important part of the Domestic Violence healing process. As I always say to my clients, don’t worry I will walk you through this, we will learn together how to improve our finances. The key to a happy life is to be self-sufficient.
