2012 STATEWIDE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CONFERENCE CALL FOR WORKSHOP PROPOSALS

New Amicus Brief Available for Review The Partnership has signed on to an amicus brief filed last week concerning the case of McRoberts vs. The Superior Courts of Los Angeles County. The brief concerns a case in which custody was transferred from one parent to the other, despite evidence of sexual abuse of two of the children. You can read the media advisory, here. |
